Information for Interested Tennants

The Building Location:

Our shopping plaza is strategically located at 2515 Hurontario Street in Mississauga, with easy access to Trillium Hospital (Mississauga site), the Mississauga City Centre, and Mississauga Waterfront. It is reachable by Go Train with city transit that stops right in front of the building. It is three blocks away from the QEW.

The building is well exposed on Hurontario, and we are open to branding it to various tenants' needs.

The Building:

The building itself has two floors of mixed tenants, including professional business offices, retail shops, restaurants, and many other small businesses. We offer surface parking at the back of the building.

Viewing:

You can make arrangements to book a viewing time via email at info@2515plaza.com. We typically do viewings on Wednesday between 10 am - 2 pm. Viewing on other days and timings are by appointment only. For answering particular queries, we would have the property manager or an administrative assistant meet with you by appointment. Similarly, if you would like to rent the space - although the admin staff would typically help you fill out the basic application - the property manager would make the final decision regarding prices and commitment of the space.
